At-Risk Category

The "At-Risk" section is where you handle employees who might be thinking about leaving. Although you’ll first be alerted via email, you won't have to worry if you can’t deal with it right away - all the alerts will be clearly organized in one place whenever you’re ready. 

You can click on employees one at a time to see why they were flagged (You can also check if and when an employee was flagged before). Then, you can note down how you resolved the issues with the employee: either Resolved or Dismissed, along with any extra notes about what you did or details about your conversation.
