Escalations Report

The Escalations report is emailed to managers to help them quickly spot big problems that might mean an employee is thinking about leaving. This report looks at two main warning signs:

Low Employee Sentiment:

If an employee's sentiment score is below 50 (on a scale from 0 to 100), it means they might be dissatisfied or not feeling connected to their work, and potentially that they're thinking about quitting. Managers get a quick email when someone's score drops below the threshold, and they can also customize the score that triggers the alert (for instance, only receiving notifications if employee’s sentiment score is below 30)

Incomplete Surveys:

Across our user base, we find that employees who start surveys but don’t finish them are more likely to leave the company than those who complete surveys. Though we have a number of theories as to why that may be, we currently flag survey incompletions as a “heads up” for your staff to keep an eye on.

When managers get these alerts quickly, they can respond by checking in with the employee, understanding what's bothering them, and fixing the problem before the employee decides to leave.
